Print of the month - January
Every month I will be releasing a new high quality giclée print of one of my original paintings.
January marks a new beginning, and Inner Light has been chosen as the Print of the Month to reflect that sense of renewal.
The print is taken from an original abstract artwork, part of a series of sixteen paintings on watercolour paper exploring expressive mark making and colour relationships, with a nod to the Cornish landscape. Inner Light carries a feeling of energy and openness. A fresh, luminous palette and layered marks suggest movement and warmth, with light seeming to emerge through the surface of the work. There is a sense of optimism here, without being literal—something unfolding rather than announced.
Ideal for the start of the year, Inner Light offers a thoughtful way to introduce colour and brightness into a space. It’s a piece that invites pause and reflection, while gently setting a positive, forward-looking tone for 2026.
