Please note that by registering or purchasing on our website, or via email, you will provide us with personal data about yourself, including your first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number.

 

We also collect and hold data that you provide us with at our studio, trade events, customer/public events and email and telephone customer enquiries.  We will store this data and hold it on computers or in manual files.

We will use your personal data for the specific purpose of fulfilling our contract with you.  For example, if you make a purchase at suziecummingart.com we will use the personal data that you give us to communicate with you about the purchase and provide the requested product.

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications.  They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
