Shipping Costs

Delivery to the UK is FREE for all giclée prints.

Delivery prices to the rest of the world are calculated at the checkout.

Shipping costs for all original artwork will be calculated at the checkout.

On the odd occasion where the calculation is inaccurate (as shipping costs often change without our knowledge), we may need to contact you via email to arrange additional payment.

Delivery​

Once payment is complete your order will be shipped to the address you choose during checkout.  We aim to dispatch UK items within 3-5 working days of the purchase date but often this is much sooner.  Postage is by 1st Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated and usually takes from 1-3 days from the dispatch date.  We always obtain proof of dispatch for every item but cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by the postage system.

International Shipping

We aim to dispatch international orders within 3-5 working days of the purchase date.  Postage is by a certified courier (e.g. TNT, Fedex, UPS).  Based on the size of the artwork the courier may vary.

 

Unless otherwise stated, 'free delivery' excludes international delivery, and the delivery of any goods that may incur additional costs above and beyond our standard delivery charge.

Please note that customers are responsible for duties or custom fees incurred in the country of receipt.

Responsibility of Correct Address

We check all our parcels to make sure that they have the correct address and labelling that you supply us.  Please know that we can’t be responsible for parcels that are lost or unattainable due to an incorrectly supplied address.  

 

Returns and Exchanges

All refunds are made at the discretion of Suzie Cumming.  We are not required to and do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind.   All our items are produced with great care and attention and whilst we really hope you love them, if you are unhappy with your purchase then you may notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.  If we are unable to resolve your issue or further assist you, we will process a refund (not including shipping charges) or exchange providing it is returned in a timely manner and we are satisfied that it is in perfect condition.  Returns should be mailed to: Suzie Cumming Art, Sunnymead, Townshend, Hayle, TR27 6AE.

Please note that returns or refunds cannot be given on custom orders.
