This website offers visitors access to browse art work and products created by Suzie Cumming and to purchase said works and products. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

No more than one promotional discount may be redeemed against any single purchase unless otherwise stated. Some concessions may also be excluded from this offer. Suzie Cumming reserves the right to substitute or remove product ranges and offers available for redemption via these discount promotions at any time. If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned because they are faulty, the customer will be entitled to a repair or replacement. If items purchased with a promotional discount are returned for any other reason, a credit note will be offered.
Copyright, trademark and restrictions of use
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, images, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following: you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only; and you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material.

Our products
You can rest assured that everything in the suziecummingart shop has been made and finished with due care and attention. All original artwork is sealed with a UV fixative and prints are printed with pigment inks to make sure a long lifetime is achieved. We take care to check everything that is sent out.
We try to make our product pictures and details as clear as possible so that our valued customers can see what they will receive before they buy. In certain cases there may be slight differences between what you see on the computer screen and the goods that you actually receive. We accept no liability for these differences, but shall take all reasonable measures to ensure such differences are minimal, if not non-existent.
Payment
Making a purchase online at suziecummingart is safe and secure. Our payment process is hosted on a secure server so your credit/debit card details are safe. Just browse the shop, add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart and when you have finished your selection, click on the ‘checkout’. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details about the information that we collect. Payment is accepted via PayPal. Please note that payment is due at time of purchase.
Delivery
Once payment is complete your order will be shipped to the address you choose during checkout. We aim to dispatch UK items within 3-5 working days of the purchase date but often this is much sooner. Postage is by 1st Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated and usually takes from 1-3 days from the dispatch date. We always obtain proof of dispatch for every item but cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by the postage system.
International Shipping
We aim to dispatch international orders within 3-5 working days of the purchase date. Postage is by a certified courier (e.g. TNT, Fedex, UPS). Based on the size of the artwork the courier may vary.
Unless otherwise stated, 'free delivery' excludes international delivery, and the delivery of any goods that may incur additional costs above and beyond our standard delivery charge.
Please note that customers are responsible for duties or custom fees incurred in the country of receipt.
Returns and Exchanges
All refunds are made at the discretion of Suzie Cumming. We are not required to and do not provide a refund or replacement for change of mind. All our items are produced with great care and attention and whilst we really hope you love them, if you are unhappy with your purchase then you may notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your issue or further assist you, we will process a refund (not including shipping charges) or exchange providing it is returned in a timely manner and we are satisfied that it is in perfect condition. Please note that returns or refunds cannot be given on custom orders.
