This artwork captures a little corner of the Trewyn subtropical gardens in St. Ives. It is a secret spot away from the bustle and hustle of the streets of the seaside town.
The artwork forms part of a collection of sketches inspired by an instagram challenge, to draw a view of St. Ives a day for thirty days. I wandered the streets and beaches of St. Ives capturing snapshots on camera and then worked digitally in my studio to recreate the designs. I have tried to capture the essence of the views that I sketched during my challenge, focusing on the vivid colours, patterns and shapes found during my trips around St. Ives.
The print is available in A4 (21cms x 29.7cms) or A3 (29.7cms x 42cms) and can be printed with or without the 'St. Ives Cornwall' text at the bottom. Please choose your prefered option when placing your order.
This giclée print is printed onto premium archival quality 300gsm satin matte white paper using the finest quality pigment inks to ensure longevity. It is packaged with backing board and comes in a clear protective sleeve ensuring your print arrives in immaculate condition.
Each print will be posted flat in a board backed envelope.
